When you book your FREE Initial Consultation Call, we’ll review your current tax situation, address any changes since last year (for returning clients), and discuss the best game plan to tackle your taxes, ensuring everything is in order for a smooth filing process.
Gather all your tax documents, complete the registration form, and securely upload your files. Please note: We do not accept documents via email or text message. Ensure that all necessary documents are uploaded directly through the registration form. If additional forms are needed, please contact your tax preparer for further guidance. Your tax return process will only begin once all required documents are received.
After submitting your registration form, you will receive an email with a link to sign the Tax Engagement Agreement. To secure your spot on our schedule, review and sign this agreement, which outlines the services we’ll provide and ensures a seamless and efficient process.
You’ll receive a text message once we’ve started processing your return, along with an estimated completion date. If we need any additional information to continue your return, we will contact you via text message. Please refer to your Tax Engagement Letter for the turnaround time specific to your return, based on the forms provided to complete it.
Once your tax return is complete, we’ll send you a text message notifying you that it’s ready. You can then book a Tax Follow-Up Call to review the results, ask any questions, and receive the necessary education based on your return. Afterward, you will receive an email to sign your documents via Adobe, and we will proceed with filing your return to the IRS.
